Jim answered my questions and was extremely clear and communicative during the quote process. Permits were applied for with zero complications, and construction started quickly (and significantly earlier than some competing quotes) as soon as material was available. The final deck was solid and passed inspection with no complications. Jim also went the extra step and replaced some material that had warped and cracked due to the intense summer heat and rainstorms. We're very pleased with the end result and have been using the deck extensively.

It was refreshing to get a call back as we had been looking for someone to rebuild our deck for nearly a year. Jim followed through on all our questions and completed what would have been a monumental job for us to do on our own. I'm so happy to have the project completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Jim showed up on time as he said. We discussed several different things as well as a short time frame as to when my wife wanted this completed. Jim said as long as weather holds out he will make the time frame. Before 4th of July. Since we had lots of family coming into town. This gave him a short window to work with. All others I called didn’t even try to make it work they just said NOPE. Jim stayed true to his word and got it done before the deadline we set and the deck is truly amazing and everyone comments on how well it was done as well as how much added space we know have to existing deck.
