About us
We at JAM Home Inspections, LP are properly licensed and insured as per state requirements. We are very professional in all our business dealings, our pricing is competitive, and our desire to please you is our highest goal. We are not a franchise, we are locally owned and operated. When it comes to customer service, we are second to none. We offer several payment options: Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Credit card processing is via telephone and processed prior to the inspection so that customers can get their receipt at the time of the inspection. We strive to offer the most convenient ways for our customers to make payment. Another advantage to choosing us is "we care". We take a little longer in our inspection, we check a little more than the minimum expectations. We don't rush to please anyone. We take our time and inspect thoroughly not being intimidated by liability for doing our job. We take the cover off the AC and have a look, if the evaporator coils need to be cleaned, we tell you. We treat each inspection like it is our own home. We give the very best value for our customers dollar. As for pricing their may be cheaper alternatives, but we firmly believe that one gets, what one pays for. With an investment as large as real estate, it pays to get the best possible inspection. We pride ourselves in competitive pricing, not always the lowest, not usually the highest. Somewhere in the middle most of the time, but you get the best inspection that your money can buy when you choose us. A home purchase is the biggest purchase of most people's lives. Don't scrimp on the few dollar difference expect the best and be willing to pay a little more for the best.
