Janes Radiant Heating is family-owned and specializes in high-efficiency radiant heating systems across Western Washington. We provide emergency boiler repair services for households throughout the Puget Sound area, the Islands, and the Peninsula. I cannot recommend Paul from Jane’s Radiant Heating highly enough. We recently had him install a new boiler for our radiant floor system, and the complexity of the job was significant. He managed a three-floor setup with three distinct zones and a total of 8 thermostats, ensuring everything was balanced and communicating perfectly. What really impressed me was how he integrated the "heat on demand" domestic hot water into the system. It’s seamless, efficient, and we haven't had a single issue with pressure or temperature consistency. Paul’s attention to detail, especially with the piping and wiring of the zones, was exceptional. He was professional, clearly explained how to manage our new boiler and system, including the different zones, and left the workspace spotless. We recently had a pipe on our water heater leak. The team sent Jesse out there the same day. He was so great and thorough. I appreciate his focus on quality and the effort he made to explain how the system worked, what he was doing, and why he was doing it. If we have another issue, this team will be the first call.

Absolutely fantastic. After basically playing musical chairs with different service companies assigned by my insurance company to fix my Navien heater, Michelle from Jane's was like a breath of fresh air. She was able to rapidly diagnose the issues my combi boiler was having, and helped to make sure to provide the documentation specifics I will need to seek reimbursement from my insurance. Michelle was skilled, deeply knowledgeable about my complicated system, explained things in clear and easily digestible terms, and was just so nice and friendly too. Dealing with my heater issues has been stressful and Jane's is the first service company that made me feel confident that the issues will be resolved competently and in a timely manner. And Michelle is great, I'd have a beer with her.

Jane’s Radiant Heating responded very promptly to my repair request. I reported the issue in the morning, and they immediately dispatched a highly experienced technician to my home for repair and system adjustment. What impressed me most was that this happened on the day of the Super Bowl Seahawks game. I know it must have been a difficult decision to make, but instead of turning me down, they quickly came to my home to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I’d also like to highlight that the on-site technician had an excellent attitude, worked in a well-organized, careful, and thorough manner, and patiently answered all of my questions. I’m especially grateful to the technician, Jeremy—he truly helped me resolve a major issue. Once again, thank you to the team for their attentive service and professional technical expertise
