J&A Quality Inspections LLC

Great

Joe is very good at his work. Would recommend him to anyone looking to get through information about condition of a property before purchasing it.

I can’t say enough good about Joe! He was able to schedule us quickly and did a very thorough investigation. He went through all the pictures he took, explaining everything in detail and answering all questions as well. Top that off with a lower price than anyone else, AND a 90 day warranty! Highly recommend!!

Quick response time. Explained findings in depth. Very detail oriented.

Superior service, easy to schedule, work with and pay. Inspection was detailed and he reviewed everything with us on site before also providing the official report. He even made a minor fix for us on the spot. I would absolutely recommend Joe!

Fantastic service

He's thorough.

Fast responce and easy to communicate. The report was well structured and throughly explained.

Exelent service

He knew what he was doing and explained every thing to me

Joe was extremely detailed in his inspection and detection of issues. He not only identified issues, he explained risks they can present then offered recommendations to resolve or further explore. In my own experience, Joe identified serious issues with a property that resulted in my decision not to purchase the property. That information potentially helped me avoid significant financial impact and headaches down the road. I will hire J&A again when I need a home inspection.

We had our inspection today and Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to explain any questions we had during our inspection walk-through. We would definitely recommend using this company for any home inspection needs!

Joe is very knowledgeable and his report is very comprehensive! He drove out to San Tan Valley on a Friday before a long holiday Weekend. He stayed to explain it to us without scaring the buyers. He made the whole experience better.

Joe was very thorough with the walk through. He took his time with me explaining what I needed to take care of first and I appreciate that he answered all my questions.

Fast thorough and explained everything.

Jose is just above and beyond on everything. Very affordable pricing. Extremely knowledgeable in his trade. I have referred Jose many times to friends and family. Jose is always quick to respond and does an overall great job.
