Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
JAS Landscape was extremely professional all the way through my project. Jeff came out and planned the project with me, kept me involved and informed every step of the way. I knew when he and his crew was going to be there and when they weren't due to weather conditions. The project was completed in stages and even changed along the way. Jeff and his crew always performed service with a smile and got the work done. I especially liked the way we started with one or two ideas and then brainstormed with each other how to tweak it. I really felt as though my input mattered and that I wasn't just buying someone else's design idea.

Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
Although JAS did the job when promised, I am not certain the finished grade is flat and smooth as I was hoping that it would be. The back yard is very well done but the front yard leaves a lot to be desired. One other point of concern would be the sub contracting of the Hydro seeding to another firm. It has been two weeks now and there is no sign of any growth and I am not certain that the job was guaranteed as with most hydro seeders.

My experience with JAS landscaping was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish all employees were professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. I made my initial inquiry for service and received a phone call 10 minutes later... Jeff was quick to come out, assess the future project, and I had the extremely fair price estimate within a few hours. Thanks to JAS landscaping I have a spectacular yard which will be enjoyed for years to come. Anyone would be crazy to hire anyone else besides JAS Landscaping.

I thought everything went well. Some of the shrubs were little to small. I think that was the reason a good handful of them died. They did replace them and all is well.Dave and Jeff were great to work with.

Excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure they are meeting/exceeding your expectations. I had a concern that I called Jeff on his cell phone for on a Sunday evening, expecting to leave a message and hear back on Monday. Jeff called me back that same evening and arranged for a crew to be there on Monday afternoon! Excellent! Will be calling Jeff & crew for other work in the future.

They were quick to respond for an estimate. Jeff sent pictures of how the project would look when complete, which was very helpful. Jeff and his crew did a great job and left the yard as clean as it could be. I would highly recommend JAS Landscape to family and friends.

Working with Jeff and his crew was truly a pleasure. He brings a sense of comfort and dedication to the job and treats your property as if it was his own.
