I HIGHLY recommend JAS Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance. Our condo association uses JAS for trimming a very old hedge that wraps around the building. JAS is skilled, highly professional, prompt and the clean-up post trimming was perfection. I also used them to trim a tree after seeing what great work they did on the hedges. Knowledgeable arborists.

Joe is an amazing guy!
In the past I have used other landscape companies to cut my grass and fertilize my lawn who claimed they were professional. When Joe came out to visit my property he knew my lawn was in some need and pointed out the issues and came up with a plan. At the end of the first season with Joe my lawn transformed with great results, Joe set up my watering times for the sprinkler system and knew what applications were needed along the way. Can't say enough good things about Joe and his team.

"This is for a project type of job that requires specialty equipment only. It is also at a reduced rate than when our crew is performing the work. Many trades have a similar charge at full pricing.This project travel and loading fee does not occur for our regular mowing customers."

I appreciated the telephone call informing me of the lawn maintenance schedule to do the spring yard clean up. One evergreen had disease and he was able to quickly pinpoint the problem and applied product to save the evergreen. His pricing is very competitive and will be hire for fall clean up.

We worked with Joe in a fall "rake and take". He manned the vacuum truck, we vacuumed the piles. His estimate was clearly/logically presented and we worked quickly so he credited us for some time. He was a proactive communicator, prompt and since we helped was willing to come out on a Sunday! A good experience.
