JAV Construction does terrible work! No attention to detail, tried to hide mistakes...didn't think a female would get on the roof to inspect their work. Never showed up when they said. Waited a week for a person who spoke English to show up to go over final inspection...no show. FINALLY got a call on Sunday at 3:45 they were at my house! Told them I wasn't home. They decided to come on my property and take pictures...none of the pictures showed the poor cuts that were done with a grinder....which voids the warranty of the metal company. (SHOULD HAVE USED METAL SNIPS). Cut the vent caps off and just set them back on hoping I wouldn't notice...I pointed it out and they screwed them back on without any circulation Now I have to replace. I can go on and on. RUIDOSO FOLKS STAY AWAY! Alex will tell you he will be here for inspection time...NOT! Told them not to come back to my property. I will get it done properly myself.
