J&L doors was very prompt and professional. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to advise me and make suggestions. He told me what problems I might encounter in the future with my current, old opener. He also gave an estimate of cost for any future repairs or replacements. I will use them again in the future.

Very Professional and courteous. Jim even gave me a one year warranty on the installation even though he did not supply the door! My neighbor gave her two year old door and I needed someone to install it for me. He worked to my schedule which was late evening and still saved me at least $100 over other quotes I had. I will always remember his service standards and hope I have the opportunity to buy form them again. Very pleased.

They responded to my request for service immediately and were very helpful and pleasant on the phone. They told me they could repair or replace our garage door opener and the range in price. I automatically assumed that would mean replacement and the most expensive but was pleasantly surprised when he was able to fix our existing opener. We actually had another company out months ago who told us it couldn't be fixed and charged us $75. We couldn't afford to replace it at that time. I appreciate an honest businessman who doesn't take advantage of an unknowing consumer -- thank you, Jim! I'll recommend you to my friends and neighbors.
