The job went well at first, but the contractor has been paid in full and has missed deadlines to complete the project. Haven't been able to get ahold of him either.

Very impressed at first - prompt reply and estimate. Asked for money up front to cover materials; that was a month ago. No work so far. I have been rescheduled 6 times with no show & no phone call for each appointment. I contact Jake Justice and I'm given an excuse and a new date & time with nothing resulting. I do believe I have been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER.

He was late, didn't bring supplies, wasn't prepared to get the job done. Never called to let you know what was going on with the job. Left trash everywhere, left supplies outside over night. Took furniture outside to use for his needs. Took doors off and left outside. Left the old supplies, carpet, paneling, dry wall, nails, insulation all in the yard, killed the grass. Was ask to clean it up never did. The little bit that was cleaned up was put on a trailer that was parked in the back yard instead of the driveway. The mobile home didn't have electric or water. They used the toiled. The smell was awful. They broke 2 storm windows

Blown-In Insulation - Install or Upgrade
Quoted a price and charged me more than contract was. Arrived 5 hours from start time. Did not do all that was written on contract.
