Jayson and his crew at One Builder handled Phase I of my new three season room and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Jayson listened to what I was looking for and let me know if my vision could be some a reality. Jayson handled the new foundation, the concrete work, reworking the roof line, building the addition and new roof, the framing, and installed the windows and skylights. He encouraged my many questions, incorporated any changes/additions I wanted, kept me updated on the process, and made my dream room happen. Jayson and his One Builder crew were efficient, friendly, and did a thorough cleanup at the end of each each day. They were all precise workers and took pride in doing a professional job. I have already recommended One Builder to others who are interested in three/four season room additions.

Jason went above and beyond just the construction work. He also worked with our insurance company to get things finalized. Jason and his crew got our project completed quickly and professionally. We will definitely call Jason for any other projects we may have.

One Builder did everything in a very timely manner. He did exactly what he said he would do, and was here when he told me he would be here. He was very precise with everything he did. We couldnâ t even tell there was a wall connected to the ceiling when he repaired the ceiling, it was perfect. And they cleaned up after themselves. A kitchen remodel can be very stressfu, but One Builder takes a lot of the stress out of the process of the remodel. We would have them do work for us again!! He went above and beyond. Weâ re very satisfied!!

I requested a quote to build a deck with roof, creating a new porch addition to my home. After receiving the quote I requested that the deck for the porch be built in 2020 and that the roof over the porch be built in 2021. One Builder built the deck in 2020 but failed to get the permit and also failed to have the footings inspected. I requested many times that One Builder get the permit and meet with the town inspector to determine how we would proceed. I eventually hired a new contractor. The deck One Builder built had to be dismantled. It was discovered that there were no footings under the posts installed by One Builder. They set posts with concrete around the posts, like you would install for a fence. The deck One Builder built would not withstand the load of a roof.
