K & B Remodeling LLC

We worked with Todd Engerman and he and K&B Remodeling did a remodel in the summer of 2023. I agree with the reviewer that said he talks a good game. We spent far too much money for what we got and we have heard stories that we actually lucked out as other jobs were left completely unfinished with 10s of thousands of dollars spent. I believe K&B is out of business now but I would never work with Todd again. He requested we make checks out directly to him and not the business. Sub contractors put a lien on our house because they weren?t paid and we had to double pay for work. Work was never finished and we were ghosted by Todd in the final month. Rosalio, the owner finally stepped in and fixed a couple of things but never finished the job. Two years later our ?high end? cabinets are falling apart, we are currently having a window repair company fix a window they installed and had to fix a vent and roof issue. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This guy is a crook took our money and ran after gutting our basement. Todd Engerman may have done good work but he is a very sick, man who told my son he was had a gambling problem. Whatever it is he belongs in jail. All the excuse after the other . A real grifter Save yourself the money and pain . do not hire. I got him from this site. No license either. Lesson learned

They were kind, considerate, on time, and did the work very well in a great amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful of my belongings. I canâ t say enough about them. I would hire them again. I highly recommend them!

I believe that you would be hard press to find to better craftsmen then you wood at K and B Remodeling. I found them to be knowledgeable professional detail orientation professional and kind. These men were wonderful to work with as a female , one of the many thing I appreciated it about working with K and B remodeling is that they were open to having a discussion with me before the beginning the job, and they did so in a respectful and professional manner. Having never worked Versetta stone they took the time to educate themselves, discussed it and moved forward. They paid absolute attention detail, They did not rush, and finished in a timely manner with the end results of my vaulted fireplace front look nothing short of amazing. Hands down I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They ABSOLUTE take pride in there work and it showed from start to finish.
