We needed a full teardown and rebuild of an 18 year old deck. They were timely and efficient and finished ahead of original schedule despite these rainy afternoons! Friendly and dependable

I hired JBH & Son's for various jobs around the house. Other 'handyman' services weren't comfortable with the range of jobs I was asking for. I found they were easy to work with, very friendly & courteous, communicated well, did quality work, did the jobs in a very timely manner, and even went beyond what I expected of them. I did not have any problem with them whatsoever. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be contacting them again for any future work.

Not dependable - only worked a couple of hours for the first 2-1/2 weeks - when they showed up. When they wouldn’t show up I had to call to see if they planned to work that day. When they did the screen porch, no chalking was done and a lot of cracks are showing. Was told tile would need to set up for 3 days so we went camping from Sunday to following Saturday. When my daughter went by on the Thursday of that week around lunch time no one was there. Then she went by again on that Friday and no one was working. They didn’t start doing the grout until the Saturday we returned from camping. It took over 2 weeks to pressure wash my house. This was done by the oldest son and responsibilities were given to him that I don’t think he could handle. I paid $1000 to paint trim of windows and caulk if needed. I wish I had read the contract better. Thought all the windows would be painted and the front 4 windows on front of my house weren't done. I had to supply tile, grout, paint, stain and fans. JHB would supply everything else. I thought vinyl for ceiling of screen porch would be used and JHB’s responsibility to buy but I ended up paying over $300 for the vinyl. He was planning on keeping sheetrock there. A few things that we discussed when he did the walk around was not done, then something we did want done and he said he could do it he forgot to put on contract so that cost us an additional $75. Started on June 26th and was completed on July 28th. We were told it would be a 2 week job and would start on June 25th.

Very easy to work with. Professional but very friendly and customer oriented. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Family oriented business that treats you like family.

Amazing service and attention to detail.

JBH & Sons were amazing from the time I received the first call. They were friendly and professional. When Jeb arrived I spent 5 minutes discussing the job and he went to work. He finished and his work and it was perfect, so I asked if he had time to do another item. He gladly accepted. Their prices were fair and they also gave me a veterans discount. I would bring JBH&S back to do work anytime.

This company was amazing! They gave me a quote over the phone, came out and looked at what I wanted done and decided they had quoted too high. I have never had that happen. These are honest, hardworking people that do great work, are on time, and charge fairly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
