do not trust him....... I contacted Jared in the spring of 2020. I hired him to pretty much excavate my whole yard, take down trees, grind stumps, even up my yard, grade and slope a side yard, bring in top soil, grade, fertilize and seed my whole yard. Paid him over $18,000 for a subpar lawn, actually weeds. the slope in the side yard is eroding away because it is sand, not top soil, His so-called top soil is mixed with sand, I do not think it is screened. I do not have a lawn I have weeds and many many bare spots. I have a lawn care service come in and mow they said mowing my lawn is like mowing a dust bowl. my lawn company said whoever did my lawn did me a total disservice. I need the lawn raked more top soil brought in and the whole yard needs to be fertilized and reseeded. Jared work is inferior and shoddy top soil is not top soil it is xxxx xxx dirt mixed with sand and it is not screened Jared seeds and fertilizes with a walk behind and it does a inferior job Jared is inappropriate, unprofessional and belligerent and arrogant to the 10th degree. He can and does criticize everyone else work, but do not you dare criticize his work. He goes off the deep end. he yelled at me on the phone. yes, I am the customer but he got his over $18,000 from me so he can now treat me like the subpar dirt he used on my property. I had been asking him to come and look at my lawn since June finally supposedly on September 8, 2022 he said he looked at my lawn. That is when he then called me and told me he was not fixing m **lawn and much more. as far as I am concerned he took the money and ran because the job is not complete. I am contemplating putting a sign in my front yard telling people to stop and look at the xxxx-xxx job JB Hart Enterprises did and not to use them. Again do not recommend Jared or JB Hart Enterprises Inc.

The scope of work: Level pool area Level patio area 42 of dirt between the two Both were not Level and only 36 of dirt between the two. It took him 4 weeks to come back to kind of fix it. Waste of money and time. I do not recommend him at all.

He did not finish the job, he ran off with the money and he damaged the equipment I am being sued for.

He seemed very vague from the beginning about his product and the project. He used a bull dozer to do the job which caused a lot of issues. He used inferior soil that was filled with rocks mixed with topsoil, and even went right over a tree stump and buried it. One spot in the front yard is damaged, and now I cannot even mow over it, and will have to pay someone to fix the damage. Please beware as well - he tried to collect another $150 over the estimated amount.

The work was great, he was on time and had a really good with price! I had a great experience with them. I will be using them again!
