I had a tree that fell on my garage. Needing to demolish and then rebuild the garage, I hired Juan Morales. I felt pressured into signing a contract with him. When I inquired about the quote to rebuild, he told me that once my homeownerâ s insurance policy paid out, he wanted the entire check signed over to him. Unfortunately I did not read through the entire contract and realized he left blank the cost estimate as well as the timeline to complete the project. I turned over a check for $30,000. He swindled me out of $27,500 and refused to provide receipts for everything he allegedly spent. During a period of three months, he did not start on the project nor did he answer my phone calls or text messages. He already had my money in his pocket and did not feel the need to do the right thing. His business practices are shady and unethical. He specifically targeted me because I did not know the process. As a series of unfortunate events, the tree that damaged my garage also caused damage to my home. I filed another claim with my insurance company at which point Juan Morales took it upon himself to contact them directly. He told MY insurance company that I did not speak or understand English and that they should deal with him directly regarding the extreme damage caused to my home. I firmly believe that he would have swindled me out of the home insurance payout for the damage caused to my house had my family not intervened on my behalf.

We needed to repair our shaker roof, and Dan Sipiora from Juan Morales Roofing responded quickly and immediately came out to inspect the roof and give us an estimate. Dan is very personable, the estimate was fair, and the work was done within days of the estimate. Excellent workmanship! One entire section of shaker shingles needed replacing on our 10-year-old roof after seepage damaged the material underneath. It's a perfect match. New and old shingles blend so well that you cannot see where the repair was made. I highly recommend this company.

the roofers were prompt, they did a great job on insallatin aswell as clean up. i would highly reccomend them

They did a great job from start to finish. They were one of the first to respond for an estimaet and were very competitive. The crew arrived on time and the job went very smooth. I noticed the wrong ridge vent was delivered, and they had no issue getting the correct one and did so the same day. Dan (sales) did a great job throughout and was very torough even after the job was completed.

Responsive and timely. The workers at the house were professional, clean, and polite. They did a fine job, stuck to the estimate.

i had very good service on the roof,but two weeks later the rains came and i noticed the roof started to leak, and it took me a very long time to get them to come back and fix the problem .i need a good price and good customer service so the 15 yr warranty is basically no good if you won't be able to contact j. morales to use it.

We started our roof project in Nov. After the roof was completed, we found wave like pattern and were told THEN that a 75 degree temparature is required for the shillings to stick properly. Also, the gutter and lawn were not cleaned up cause it started snowing by the time they got done with the project. I called them multiple times when the snow melted, but no one showed up. Also, we were told that they would provide us with chimney covers, which was not done.

There was an original miscommunication on the choice of roofing. When I came home from lunch to check on job, I saw that the wrong roofing was starting to be put up. I immediately told the men to stop and that I was going to contact Juan. He came over within a half hour, we discussed the problem; he had his men immediately remove the wrong roofing, then went to order the correct shingles. The job took longer than expected, but it turned out very well. He even gave me a discount for the mistake.

They did a great job. They installed A epdm type roof. Had it up in a day. Also did a good job cleaning up when they were finished.

Very good to deal with about all our questions. Estimate was accurate. Did a great job protecting landscaping. Careful workers. Fast work. The result looks great!
