Jim replaced a frost proof hose bib for me and it could not have gone better. After leaving him a detailed voicemail about what I needed done he was able to quote me over the phone and came to start the job the next day. He completed the job in about 20 minutes and he took the time to talk to me about the problem and what he did to fix it. His price was very reasonable and he was very courteous.

What an incredibly smooth and seamless experience with Jim and TJ! We had kitchen plumbing, bathroom plumbing and dishwasher installed. They went over and beyond to accommodate our schedule and were incredibly quick, efficient, cost-friendly and professional! TJ even helped carry our dishwasher up the stairs without concern! Already in the process of hiring them for another job! :)
