Way too expensive, that he charged a lot of money just to go to my house. He is taking way to many days to send the receipt.

"I'm sorry you feel my service are too expensive. It is $100 plus tax for me to come and diagnose an appliance which you knew in advance. I identified the problem. I showed your wife the issue and corrected the problem. That was my labor charge. I feel $160 in total is reasonable for these services. Certainly cheaper than replacing the kitchen floor if the water leaking onto the floor wasn't corrected. I am a one man operation. Computer work is the last thing I do. You will get your receipt."

They showed up a little bit later than I was anticipating, but the appointment was also much shorter than I anticipated too. He did have a long drive though. He was professional and got everything resolved, was great with timely communication, and I have no complaints about anything.
