Thoughtfulness... Fred s openness and ability to develop my understanding in a way that I could make a right and good decision. His prompt and timely response to my needs.

well, he did a great job but hit our gutter in the back and mangled it pretty good. my husband was able to straiten most of it. i know things happen but he could have told us it happened instead of finding it later on that day.

They did an excellent job on aerating my lawn. We had a bit of a problem with scheduling, and them showing up when promised.

Very poor!! Did not show.would not hire this person!

I really like the gentleman who came and did the work and he did a pretty good job they just didn t do everything I asked and they have not returned which is fine

Very thorough in their work, and cleaned what I needed.

My next door neighbor had them doing work and asked if I thought I might meed their services, so I hired them. I was lucky to get Fred because he was exceptional in his work, his organization, his thoroughness, and especially in his going the extra mile bu cutting my lawn, and returning the next day to de-thatch the lawn. He also cleaned up the lawn area very nicely, taking the grass away. It was an extreme pleasure having him as the one to provide the services. He was so thoughtful in doing the best job he could because of his work ethic. Very refreshing to an elder used to having work done right without being told to finish what should be provided from the start. I am considering them strongly for future projects as needed.
