"Not quite sure about the rating but the job was approved by the customer and we even worked on a plumbing issue that he decided not to use us to repair at no charge. As far as the low customer service rating, I can not think of anything that would have warranted this. My phone is always on and I am happy to go and repair or fix anything we have done for any customer we work for at no charge. I suppose not everyone is going to be happy all the time but we do not accept payment until the customer has approved the work and this was the case at this project along with all of our projects."
