JB Tree Care agreed to take care of my problem. Someone did come to see what I needed, the job was scheduled for later during the week and I had a call telling me the equipment broke down, did not know when they would be able to make it and now it is a week later and I have not heard a word. I am sure they are a good company but I never found out. They did show up to give me an estimate. Just a small job. I found someone else to do the work and the job is complete.

Did an excellent job removing a tree that was too close to our home.

The workers were very effective and efficient. Excellent cleanup. I liked that the written proposal included documentation of insurance and registration. The only downside comment I have is that communication and scheduling were not always reliable.

I made several calls to different contractors and had a couple of estimates done. I would say that JB has the best customer service. I was given a quote the day I was contacted and the job was done just a couple of days later. The price was very good for the quality of service I received.

Decided Sunday afternoon to try to get a tee removed. Even on a Sunday, Jeff got in touch with me immediately. He said he had his crew in the area and was able to stop by and give me an estimate early Monday. Since his crew was already close, he gave me a great deal and offered to send the guys by in a few hours when they were done. The guys were great. Professional and easy to work with. By end of day Monday, the tree was gone. The entire process couldn’t have been better for me.

Would recommend JB tree without hesitation. Price was great, and the job was completed quickly after quoting, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Excellent service in every sence!

We were impressed with JB Tree Care when Jeff first came to view our two large live oaks and discuss how they should be trimmed. He genuinely cared for the health of the trees and planned the trimming accordingly. We were very pleased with the price and the outcome.

JB was great. Timely courteous and efficient. I had 1 live oak and 4 palms to trim and 1 palm that was removed because of disease. I had 3 companies bid the job and JB was the only one who recognized one palm was dying and trimming would be futile. They had 4 men on the job and they were great. After cleaning up, you couldn’t tell that there had been piles of debris in the front yard. Absolutely recommend!

We had an Oak tree removed and hired Tree Monkey to grind the stump and the work was poorly done. We called JB Tree Care and Jeff quickly responded. We told him our nightmare story. Jeff was very empathetic and give us a very affordable price. He promised us he would fix the problem. He is a friendly professional and kept us informed throughout the process. He said he wanted to make things right. The next day, the stump was grinded and Jeffâ s crew were able to level the dirt and haul away the sawdust pile. The job went smoothly and efficiently. We would recommend JB Tree Care. Our yard looks great. Thank you, Jeff, for keeping your promise of taking care of our problem.

Although Jeff and his crew cut down a tree and ground the stump, they left behind a pile of sawdust. I called to give them the opportunity to clean-up as they had promised, but I was told that the piles were dirt. Wood chips and the chunks of wood under the sawdust are not dirt. Also, discovered under the sawdust was the same large root that was above ground when they gave me the estimate. As a widow with limited physical ability, I had to have someone else clean-up. I also need to hire someone to chop-up the large above ground root. So overall, they did take down the tree, but those with limited physical ability should consider the extra cost they may have to pay someone else for clean-up and removal of any large above ground roots.

Jeff was friendly and quick to respond. He provided a free estimate that was competitive. Throughout the entire process, Jeff called to keep me informed of the timeline. Jeff and his crew completed the job efficiently. Our yard was so clean that you could hardly notice they removed a large tree and ground two stumps! For any future tree services, we will definitely be using JB Tree Care!

The removed 3 trees and raised the canopy over the house. Jeff and his crew are great. Jeff actually trimmed trees that were not part of the original quote. He and his crew go above and beyond what is expected. They work quickly and efficiently. They are also safety conscious they all were hardhats and ear protection while on the job. I will be using JB Tree Care again in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

Jeff and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He arrived as promised, worked to get it done "between the raindrops," and cleaned up thoroughly. Job involved palm tree removal, palm trimming, and oak trim and canopy raise. They did an awesome job. Military veteran owner and team - that's a 'Wow' in my book.
