Service man was courteous and knowledgeable about the job at hand. Procedure went through without a hitch.

MR WADE, was absolutely horrible , it took his company from Oct 2019 when I dropped off the deposit, till April 2021 to get the septic system installed, yet he failed to get the license to operate the system from Comal City, now I am subjec5 to being fined because of his incompetence to run this project in a timely manner , nor did he pay attention to the property lines , put the sprayers right in the middle of my driveway. His company/ engineer failed to explain all the details to me, they even let the permitt lapse which I had to pay extra to get extention. WADE IS AN ARROGANT SOB, NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM. WADE still has not completed the job, I was not suppose to even move in until the license had been obtained, so here i am no license, sprayers in wrong place, and this arrogant sob has the nerve to call me and demand last portion of payment,

They did a good job in a timely manner and a fair price..

Buyer beware on this company...not sure how they do with a simple pump...but I had them do an entire system replacement and the company was a nightmare. I chose them because they immediately responded to my request and told me they would have me started within a couple of weeks. It took almost 2 months for them to start and they left me without toilet or shower for 3 days during the install. Their tank delivery person ran into one of my walls and nobody said anything. We had to point it out to them to be fixed. This is when the lack of morals began as they tried to get final payment from me showing pictures that it was completed when the entire back part of the wall was missing still. I wish I could post pictures with this review so you can see how absolutely dishonest this was. They left the site saying things were complete but someone forgot to turn the power to the system on (uh...can someone say duh) and it started overflowing into my house. Again I had to call them and say something was wrong. Adding to the list of horrible quality the fill dirt they used over the area they filled in with the septic was REALLY bad quality with large rocks and no one leveled or tamped it down so a month after install it is still dangerous to walk on and slides down. Please don't listen to empty promises. Please just avoid this company altogether.

Excellent customer service and quality of work, however I was stunned by the price but I was told that the majority of it goes to pay the environmental dumping fees. Paid $375 for work that took 20 minutes.
