They came out and removed three large trees and ground up the stumps, although, in a few places there was a little bit of the stump left. However, in their defense, these were some really, really big clumps of tree stumps so there was a big pile of wood chip and it was probably difficult to see that some of the stump remained. Very good value!

J-bears called me right away on a Sunday, came over on Monday and gave an estimate which was very reasonable. He promised to have it done the following Monday, which he did. He cleaned everything up. I asked for his card to recommend to my neighbors.

After grinding the stump, he didn't want to clean up and haul away the mulch. He left the mess for me to clean up

Jason is also an arborist and helped me to determine what replacement tree would be best for my yard. I highly recommend him for any of your tree needs.

I would not hesitate to utilize Jason's services again. Other than needing to be very flexible on his arrival time, I thought he was excellent. J-Bears Tree Care provided us with a verbal estimate for tree removal, tree limbing, and rain gutter cleaning. The price was fair, but communication between what work was done and what work was agreed upon were two different things. After nearly a month J-Bears failed to clean all rain gutters, and he didn't limb all of the trees per verbal agreement. Our neighbors who wanted some firewood relieved him of a tremendous amount of haul-off work, but he still didn't have time to complete the work he verbally agreed to. He then made denials about his original estimate.We made the mistake of taking this man at his word and not getting a written est

They came out one hour after I put in the request, they got the work done that same day, I would give them 10 stars if I could. im happy, satisfied, and I will call them in the future for any other services.

Quick initial response with what we thought was a fair price. And Jason is amiable and seems like a nice guy. However, after more than 6 weeks for a fairly small job, the progress has been minimal and we have no idea when or if this job will ever be completed. The intent was to regain control of an over-grown yard - but it keeps growing and getting more out of control as we wait. We found it necessary to terminate and seek a new "professional".
