Lawn Care - Aerate a Lawn
They did not show up on the day they were supposed to because they were backed up because of weather conditions. I understood except that they did not contact me to let me know.

I hired Jose to do two lawn services this summer while I was out of town. I asked him to come by on two specific dates, of which he missed both. When they did come out they scalped the lawn so bad a lot of it died. I asked him for a refund and he said he would come out to my house to discuss and issue a refund. We scheduled a time and he missed that as well. After texts trying to see why he didn't show, I have yet to receive any response.

I hired this company, but they did a terrible job. They re-seeded my lawn and patch a small area but the new grass never appear. Called them after a few weeks regarding the project, but they never answered my phone.

They performed great work on a cold day. The ground was frozen, so they were unable to remove all leaves and completely clean the gutters. They are supposed to return when weather permits. Until they return, I will only rate 4.5 stars on the work they completed. If they return, it could move to 5 stars.
