They did not know what they were doing, did not have tools he used my tools. Never finished the job.

"Thank you for the review, it is unfortunate you feel this way and say these things but it is to be expected when are company no longer will provide free services. We spoke Sunday and helped move your washer and dryer in your bathroom and you were more than happy with the job we completed and you paid for the job at completion. Also the use of your chalk line and drill were not needed we had are own as well so tell the story correctly Sorry this was a issue when you offered them for us to use with choice because we forgot Ares. Further more We went above and beyond for you and did a long list of work for free I took and have pictures and videos of all work that was done, we both signed a contract. I do not appreciate the misleading information for my future customers to read and the failure on your end to understand nobody works for free I am sorry your mad at that fact of life. Best regards."

Jake was very flexible with his schedule and did the job when it worked for me. He was very honest and clear about his pricing. He did a nice job leaving the work site as clean as when he started. I would definitely hire him again.
