The folks from J. Brian Day were great to work with, regardless whether they are in sales or service delivery. They came to my house on time as they promised, were very polite, provided me additional information to make me feel comfortable, and the quality of the work is great. When I mentioned to the delivery guy that I had a coupon for carpet cleaning, he called the office directly and immediately reduced the bill amount. The whole experience was easy and smooth. I will definitely use them again in the future!
