Very professional and friendly. Did a good job. Good value for the cost of the service. Only reason for not giving it a 5 on Customer Service was because there was a communication problem with not coming at the scheduled time. According to the other reviews, I don't think that this is a constant problem - just a fluke in my case. I would definitively use them again.

This company receives the highest ratings because JB did everything right! He showed up on time, was clean and neatly dressed, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I could see from the equipment in his work truck that he was well prepared to do the job. He power washed my front sidewalk, long concrete driveway, and concrete patio. I asked him for a couple of his business cards, so I could recommend him to friends. I was very pleased with his work.

The gutters were cleaned... the downspouts were not, despite my mentioning this to him. Very disappointing as I will hire someone else to clean the downspouts out.
