I rated this 5 stars because Joe does good work at a very reasonable price, but there was one serious problem. The length of time it took to build this garage was far greater than it should have been or was promised, mainly because long periods went by when absolutely nothing was done. However, the job was very well done and I would highly recommend Joe, with the caution that you put a clear time frame into the contract.

Joe did a great job! We were going to initially hire one contractor to do a countertop install and then another to install a dishwasher where none had existed before. Bugan Builders handled the entiire job ( electrical, plumbing, etc.) so that in one day we had new counters, reparied cabinets, and a new dishwasher. They even stayed late during a raging Nor'easter to ensure the job was done in one day as promised ! Very courteous and professional! Great job!

Joe offered to do the work for a fair price and told me what I didn't need to do which saved me some money. He and his people came when they said they would and when the job took a little longer than planned didn't charge me for the extra hour or two. I am so pleased that I am scheduling another job.
