They did 2 properties for me, both rentals. I did not meet any of the workers and from what I could see did a good job. I heard no complaints from my tenants.

Our first contact with Clog Free Gutters of Ohio was general manager Tim Heckel. He knew exactly what we needed and didn't try to sell us more than that. When they couldn't make it because of bad weather, we were always informed. The finished job was better than we could have hoped for!!!! I have been recommending them to all my friends and family that need gutters repaired or replaced. We can't say enough good things about this team!!! They were very easy to reach by telephone as compared to others. However, there was a litte misunderstanding as to how quickly they could actually do the job once I had chosen them. I had thought they said that if I went with them, the job would be done Wednesday and it wasn't done until Friday which resulted in some anxiety as I had others who would have done it immediately. But the job was done very well when finally done. The main reason I stayed with them over the others was the individual who came and quoted me also took the time to take down the gutter when he saw it was hanging on wires. That had been a big worry.

Product met expectations for looks and installation; I might rate this higher after a full season of use. Tim Heckel, local office manager, was pleasure to work with. Only problem was that with scores of gutters down due to sudden terperature changes with 30 - 40" of snow, it required patience to get into queue to get the job done. This was reasonable and understandable under cirmcustances. A few associates were surprised that the job got done so quickly. Best perspective is that i plan to do more sections of gutter with Tim and Clog Free Gutters this spring.

Pro gutters was an excellent gutter repair business. I�m a new home owner and never had to deal with gutter repairs before so, I was a little hesitant. They made me feel very comfortable they came on time, removed all of their debris and took away the old gutter. The general manager Tim called me and made sure that he let me know he was on his way. Once the job was finished he sent me a receipt in the mail. In the future if I have any problems with my home they would be the first place I would call.

Clog Free Gutters was the first to contact me. The representative met with me, gave me an estimate, which was reasonable, and wrote up a contract. It took several weeks before they came, but I had emphasized that there was no hurry. The workers came, worked efficiently, and were friendly but professional. There were no hidden costs or extra "problems". When they were finished, I wrote them a check, and a few days later I recieved a receipt thanking me for the business and marking on the receipt "Paid in full." It was a positive experience.

The contractor was very neat, punctual & polite. Followed all the rules and cleaned up well. Excellent job!
