Arrived on time. Quickly performed requested work. Was supposed to return to do different work & finish kitchen kick plates. Never returned or called me. I called him several times but he never returned any of my calls or voice mails. Failed to give me a receipt or invoice for supplies he charged me or for work that he did. Fails to keep future appointments.

He did a great job on home repairs.

Juan arrived when he said he would and had everything needed to complete the job with him. He laid down protective drop cloths, performed the drywall repair and cleaned up everything when he was done. He matched the surrounding texture finish perfectly. I did not think he was charging me enough so I gave him a bonus.

Mr. Ayala looked over the project and gave me an estimate of cost and amount of time to complete project. I am very pleased with his work. I would call on him again.

Mr. Ayala arrived not only on time, but a little bit early and immediately set to work. With a can-do and cheerful demeanor, he efficiently and expertly fixed a pocket door and a bi-fold French door and advised of how to fix a water damaged bathroom door. We agreed that he would return again next week to repair and replace some shower tile. We unreservedly recommend Mr. Ayala's services.
