Our deck was in major disrepair and we wanted someone to come in and collaborate with us to help us formulate our ideas. Enter Justin of JC Construction! He gave many options as the project moved along from stage to stage (and it was a MAJOR project) and was always open to how we wanted the work completed. There are various great things regarding how Justin of JC Construction handles his projects. He is very detailed oriented and is willing to talk through concepts and help you reach your desired results. Our project had unforeseen hiccups and after a little mental engineering , Justin was able to help us move past ANY issue with a perfect plan in place. This was my first experience working hand in hand with a contractor and I can 100% say, I would say most of them are NOT like JC. He will help secure a great deal for you, work in unison and help your vision come to reality. I specifically hired him for deck work and he was able to tackle a LOT of various other work flows which made their way into the project. A simplification of what I am stating is this: Do you want a HIGHLY quality person and skilled craftsman to help you build something who CARES? Hire JC Construction if you do, because the results will speak for themselves. Personally, I hope to bring him back for various other projects as time goes along and would recommend his quality of work to anyone.

Justin did a fantastic job of remodeling our entertainment center and installing some drywall. Justin was excellent at communicating with me the entire way and keeping me up to date on progress. The sill plate in our garage had rotted away after decades of water seeping in, and when we called JC for an estimate he was there the same day to take a look at it. It was similar to another job he had just done (and was well reviewed for!) so we were confident in his ability to do it right. He was out within a couple weeks to do the work, and had everything done in two days. He also helped re-route the drainage from the garage gutter around the other side of the garage to prevent future water problems, and trimmed the trees over the garage to keep the gutters clean. We had a downpour a few days later and it was the first time the garage has stayed dry since we moved in. Justin is a considerate and easy going guy who's easy to work with and will make sure you'll be happy with the work he does. He doesn't ask for a deposit to get started which is nice, plus he sent pictures of the progress on the job so I could see how it was going while I was at work.

We are so very grateful to have found J.C. Construction and Justin Cross. He picked up on my first phone call and was out to our home to give an estimate within two days. He was courteous and professional as he inspected our wooden front porch that needed to be replaced on our almost century old home. His price to do a complete tear off and replacement was very reasonable. He communicated with us as to when he would arrive each day and he was respectful of our property and informed us of the process. We now have a beautiful, and secure, new tongue-and-groove wooden front porch. And we have a new friend and contractor in Justin! I know several of our neighbors were so impressed with his work that he will be busy on our street! And we will have him back for more projects in our home as well! Thank you Justin!

We've hired Justin on more than one occasion and his work never disappoints. This time, he helped us repair the foundation of our (poorly built) 3-season room on the back of our house. The studs in our garage were rotting and needed fixed. We reached out to Justin for a quote and he was at our house within a day to assess the situation and give us an estimate. This being our first big project on our house, we took our time selecting a contractor. Justin was very patient through the whole process. We decided on JC Construction because their estimate was the best (both in work scope and cost) and Justin was genuinely excited for this type of project. When we decided on Justin, he was very open and responsive throughout the project. Once the walls were removed and the studs were exposed, we realized that the project was a little more work than initially anticipated. Justin worked with us to come up with a solution that satisfied both parties. Justin worked quickly and efficiently and provided a sound finished product at an extremely competitive price. On top of all of this, our garage was cleaner when he left than before he started and he took our trash to the curb. My wife and I would hire JC Construction again in a heartbeat.

Justin was honest about the scope of the work and provided detailed explanations of the project and why he was taking his course of action. His pricing was ultra-competitive and he did the work right at the price he mentioned. He is an excellent communicator who shared pictures and walk-throughs throughout the work. His attention to detail, pricing, work quality, and (most importantly to us) honesty are impeccable.

Justin was fantastic, worked with us from the beginning to select a vanity that would work well in our bathroom. He even made the trip to Home Depot with us. The work product was great and we could not be happier.

I had a 100+ year old house with a rotted porch floor and one rotted support column for the roof covering it. Justin was the only contractor I called who didn't just take measurements for materials costs; he got down and inspected the column and floor before writing the estimate. Justin is a straight shooter. He knew the complexities he might face with my old house, but he did not try to dupe me with "surprise" costs at the end. He gave me the fairest price and would find the most cost effective solution to everything without compromising quality. His quality of work speaks for itself, but his customer service is something you won't find with most contractors just trying to make a profit.

We are in Fairview Park and were in the process of replacing our steps and porch leading to our Foyer Entry. A problem came up when we found the sub floor and Joists under the Foyer Floor to be Rotten. The Mason was not comfortable with finishing the job until it was dealt with. We called Justin late Thursday afternoon. He came by Saturday looked it over quoted a very reasonable price and came back the next day on a SUNDAY + Mothers Day and did a excellent job repairing the problem. I will definitely be calling Justin for future work and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone needing quality home repairs at a reasonable price in a timely fashion.

I had him come and fix my door frame and install a new door. The price was decent and the quality of work was excellent, will refer him to any of my friends and family that need anything done.

Justin went well above and beyond what was required to make sure that my mother's porch was renovated properly. I am not located in Cleveland and as such he made sure that I was aware of exactly what was being done on the project to include sending me the exact specifications of what needed to be fixed and follow up pictures to show me the results. The price was exceedingly fair and it was a job that was critical to the house not suffering a major problem if it had not been done right.
