DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. YOU CANNOT TRUST HIM, AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH! I was pleased that he started the job (repairing and painting a wooden deck) quickly, but he did not finish the job, and he did not show up on a day he said he would. His work quality was poor. Imprecise and damaging cuts with a circular saw (he used the wrong tool). He installed new flooring for deck in rough condition, and left it that way; as a result, many edges had splinters. The job called for 2 coats of paint. He applied 1, and did it poorly. Not all of the area was painted, and the paint that was applied was spotty or thin in places. He painted over some large items (lumber tags, a leaf), rather than first remove them. He placed painters tape over the edge of some areas that needed to be painted. He did not have all the common tools necessary for the job (e.g., pry bar, painters tape), and had to borrow ours. Site cleanup was also poor. I spent more than 10 hours (mostly painting) completing the project he abandoned.

JC Construction hung a very heavy frameless glass door in my master bathroom that pulled out of the wall, and damaged some surrounding /2 inch tiles. They were on time, efficient, and completed the job quickly with excellent customer service and a fair price. I would recommend them without hesitation!

There was a bit of a hiccup with scheduling details, but it was promptly addressed and resolved. JC is a genuine, kind gentleman who treated me with utmost respect; and he got the jobs done that needed to be done. He also came fully prepared with a mask and was diligent in wearing it the entire time he was in my home or near me. For this, I'll ok about any unintentual hiccup. 🙂 It was a true pleasure to work with him.

Very unprofessional. The whole thing is unprofessional, they will not reach out to you. I do not know if they are one man shop or not. I have not had manager call out to me. Now I have to tell my husband why the deck is not repaired and they have my money.

Jody was very efficient and cleaned the gutters quickly. Also helped with another side project of fixing a door knob, that was great. The only thing was I wish he had swept up the mess after and also brought a ladder to get on the second story, we had to provide that.

Great ability to improvise with whatever materials are at hand to do whatever is needed and get the job done. Less than 24 hours after completion everything is good and still no leaking water from air conditioner! Thanks Jody!!
