We chose Jin because his price of $5,150 was lower than other estimates. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet our expectations. The paint lines were not crisp, and there was overspray on the gate, driveway, grass, and even my neighbor's new sod. Tools and materials were left piled on my lawn for five days, causing damage to the grass. From the street, the house looks fine, but up close there are many noticeable imperfections. Additionally, after the HOA required the garage door and trim to be repainted to match the house, Jin initially quoted $200?$250 for the work but later doubled the price. Overall, this was a lesson learned. The lower cost was appealing, but the workmanship and professionalism did not justify the savings.
