Wow where to I begin. After many companies wanted me to wait three days for them to come out JC was able to come out the next day. His pricing is fair and does not seem to have an outragous rate for the first half an hour like many of the other companies do. His work is through and he always check with you before proceeding with the work. He shows up at the time he says he is going to show up. Not only do he tell you what the problem is he tells you what causes it. He is very thorough. He does not try to be a jack of all trade. I look forward to having him work on my other properties going forward.

Jose showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. I paid him through Venmo and we made an appointment to finish the work. He came back when he said he would, and completed the job to my satisfaction. He even asked if there was anything else I needed him to look at! I plan on hiring Jose in the future for other jobs.
