Reviews
Write a ReviewFamily owned company. Wonderful customer service.
Joe and his crew did a great job. Outstanding service, cleaned up after job, very personable. Highly recommended plumbing company.
EXCELLENT STAFF VERY INFORMATIVE
Friendly service.
Very professional and helpful. Ran in to some issues that made the job a lot more than anticipated due to current code. Took several days but they stuck with it to the final.
Nightmare plumbing cost--Do Not Use JC Enriquez Son Plumbing Remodeling! Quick Summary: These plumbers came for a plugged up toilet and I got left with a $12,600 bill for 2 days work and huge holes/damage in the walls and ceilings of 3 rooms, and also they dumped the sewage in both my trash can and lawn. Stay away unless you want to be left with a bill for tens of thousands of dollars for a plugged toilet line. Details: April 2022--I had a 2nd story toilet plugged and I called JC Enriquez Son Plumbing and Remodeling for what I thought would be a simple snake job. To fix the issue, they ended up having to cut huge holes in the walls and ceiling of 3 rooms, and they kept verbally quoting me higher and higher costs as they continued work. They had to come back a second day, and to finish up by end-of-day, they invited 2 more plumbers, so I was getting charged for the time of 4 plumbers at once, two of them master plumbers who are extremely expensive. Once the cost reached past $2500 I knew I would have to try to make an insurance claim. They gave me a false sense of security saying that they work with insurance companies all the time and would take care of everything. I should have checked with my insurance before allowing these plumbers to do any work, because my insurance later denied the claim and I was left with a staggering $12,600 bill for two days work that I had to pay out of pocket. I would have hoped that responsible plumbers would have had my best interests in mind by encouraging me to check with my insurance company first once they knew the cost was going to be so exorbitant. They offered me no discount or help with the bill once they found out my insurance would not cover it. It was a complete nightmare. Also it is worth noting that when they finally pulled out the plugged sewage from the line, they just threw it in my trash can without even bothering to put it in a trash bag or anything. They also dumped all the nasty sewage water they collected into my lawn, and I did not appreciate that either. If I had thought a simple snake job would turn into a 2-day $12,600 bill, I would have never had them start the work. The drywall repair for the damage they left was another $2500 on top of the plumbing bill for a grand total of $15,100 out of pocket. I am left with so much regret and so many questions--was all the work absolutely necessary? Did they really need to have 4 plumbers working on it at the same time? Could another plumber have fixed the plugged line for less money? Were they honest about what work actually needed to be done and the amount they charged? Could there have been an easier way? Did they intentionally overcharge me once they thought my insurance would be paying the bill? Could not they have offered me a discount once I told them insurance would not cover the bill? I absolutely cannot recommend these plumbers. Stay away, and make sure you know exactly what is and is not covered on your insurance before having work done!
They arrived on time, were professional, and answered all my questions.
Pleasant interactions but expensive compared to others. Satisfied with work.
quality says it all.
