JC Gutter Repairs, Cleaning & Gutter Guards

Have no problem if he comes back in the next week to do the job and doing it right . I need to him to contact me as soon as posible/

Very professional, was on time, did all he was supposed to do, cleaned up, and the rain now goes where it supposed to go.

Received an email, the same day, set up a time to look at the gutters, Received a quote for material and labor. Went with the quote, was able to take down the old and put up the new. Repaired the barn gutters. It has rained since the job was done, no more rain coming into the house.

Hired John to repair the gutters on my house. It took more than three weeks to get him over. He tried to fix the problem - an easy task for a skilled person, he could not and finally, after half-hour he said nothing more can be done leaving the site with my check and the problem unsolved. Needless to say that in one week the gutters are in the same state as before he came in. Before he left made an offer to remove the covers for 3x the amount of money I paid him for almost nothing!

John is truly a honest guy to do business with. Hard working and very reasonable priced. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired John to repair my gutters because I was getting water between the fascia and the gutter plus replace a downspout, we agreed to the work, John did the job, came to me said he was done I paid him cash, a few days later it rained, and had the same problem. I went up to look at the work and found no trace of the caulking he supposedly applied to correct the issue. I emailed John on 9/4/20, about my dissatisfaction. he never got back to me. An agent also attempted to contact him on at least 2 occasions but he never responded. I would have settled for a partial refund but he refused to negotiate. The complaint has been resolved. As of 10-27-20 partial refund received as requested.

He responded quickly, arrived and repaired my gutters charging me exactly what the quote was for. He did not try to sell extra services. I was very happy with the job he did. The next day we had a very heavy rain and one corner of the gutter was leaking. I called him and he again responded quickly. He will return to caulk that spot. I would hire him again
