They knocked a hole in my wall and told me we needed to break up my foundation to fix the issue. 2nd opinion we found there was no need in busting up our foundation. Paid JC 500.00 and 200.00 for 2nd opinion. Still works to this day. 4 years later. Can't say Angi's list has good contractors. This make 2 that have been a rip off.

I hired Juan to assemble a vinyl shed. I noticed that there were several plastic small pieces and 4 metal rods left over. Juan and his nephew stated that they were extra pieces not needed. It rained the following day and the shed was leaking from the roof. Long story short, the pieces were needed. I called and texted Juan and asked him to fix it, with no reply. We now have to get someone to take the roof off and fix it. Do not hire him!

Juan was extremely polite and professional. He was able to provide a quote the day I spoke to him and completed the project quickly. He did terrific work repairing a bedroom wall - it looks like nothing was ever wrong with it. I will definitely use him again for future projects.
