Absolutely outstanding. My wife & I finished our basement space with very particular insulation specifications from the City of Washougal. Despite some unusual asks by the city, Juan with JC Insulation was the ultimate professional. From the very first communication until he left our home an hour ago, he has been professional, timely, thoughtful, courteous, and overall just the type of business person you wish all people in all industries were like. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade, and yet takes the time to truly listen to his customer and understand their needs. His years of experience never come across as arrogant or condescending either, which can often be the case with seasoned professionals. We could not be happier with the product & service of JC Insulation. Our only gripe is that we don't have more insulation needs, because Juan & co are so very good. Thank you so much!

Juan was super easy to work with and really did a great job for us. We needed noise mitigation services to help address the distracting noise that comes over from adjacent offices. Juan worked efficiently, accommodated my difficult schedule, and was very reasonably priced. Very impressed with the service!! Update: 11/18/20: More than a year later Juan Carlos, owner of JC Insulation came back out to check on a moldy smell. We recently had an HVAC company install a new system at our office and there were leaks which the HVAC company had to fix. Juan checked things out and assured us that the insulation from the soundproofing wasn't the cause of the smell and it was common for our issue to occur with new HVAC systems. The smell has already started to subside since we called him to come out. I thought it was incredibly nice of him to come out at no charge and look things over for us. A year ago we were very apprehensive about the sound proofing because I understand there are always going to be some limitations, but Juan's creative plan has made such a massive difference. Later we put in solid core doors with a seal at the bottom and things are so quiet. It's a night and day difference. Big thanks to Juan for his honesty and expertise!!

Carlos, and his sub-contractor/painter Ruben, did a great job. They were prompt, returned phone calls in a timely manner, very professional and courteous. Finished job in one day by coming early, back in midday, and back in evening to finish paint and touch up. Best contractors that we have dealt with in a decade.

I had a small repair job. Juan was very responsive, considerate and reasonably priced. I would hire him back at any time.
