They built the wall, but the all already has a crack and its only been a couple of months since the completed the wall. Also, they broke my irrigation system. They said they will fix it, the brought over their irrigation people and dismantled the valves, caped a couple of lines, bought new pipes to replace the capped pipes. But then I made the mistake of giving the last payment check. The left everything the way it was when I last saw them and have not returned since. I have emailed them, but they say they are not responsible for that. When I asked if they were not responsible why they purchased the pipes and dismantled the valves etc., they said they were not going to continue the conversation any further. I just replied telling them to do whats appropriate and have not heard back from them. I hired them after seeing all the positive reviews here but I was wrong in hiring them. I spent over $22000 and now have a cracked wall and busted irrigation system. Dont know what to do. Never thought this would happen in this country. Very disappointed.

JCL Landscape was awesome. Brandon Elmore, president, handled all our questions and scheduling of the job. The primary reason we went with his company over others: he kept (and was prompt on) his appointments with us, and did what he said he would do - a dying art it seems these days. As for the work itself, the wall looks fantastic - a beautiful piece of work that has added strength to our home and its foundation, but also added beauty to the property and the overall neighborhood. Thanks JCL, we'll look you up again for future landscape needs.

The men worked steady with only an hour lunch break so the job was done more than timely (this in 101+ degrees). I would use them again and I would recommend them to family and friends. Lou S, Lewisville

Michael Nail had excellent ideas for our landscape makeover, presented a bid promptly taking our budget into consideration, seems knowledgeable and good to work with. We got sidetracked from this project and have not yet made a final decision on what we want completed from the proposal.

Almost got completely done with a 10' x 55'garden bed with mortared stone border, 6 trees, and about 20 or so bushes, along with an 11 x 12 concrete patio addition in one day. Good job, looks beautiful. We are waiting to decide on summer annuals or something else to finish the job.

I liked the work and the design,but I felt like the time of year that we planted wasn't right for some of the choices that he recommended and if he wasn't just out for a dollar then he would have told us just that. I asked if he would come back maybe 3 or 4 times a year and replant or just to keep up the flower beds only and he agreed in person. But when I called to schedule I was told to sign a contract for full yard service. This would have been o.k if we didn't cut our own yard.Iwas dissapointed that I was left hanging with dead flowers and others that never grew.
