JCL Turf Pro & Landscape

I used JCL for many years then they just stopped coming to cut the grass and take of the grass and shrubs! Out of the blueâ ¦.just ghosted me. I texted and called and no return correspondence or reason?

JCL turf pro and landscaping has been maintaining our yard for 5 years. They are very responsive and provide top quality work! They also have provided solutions and work to fix our drainage and erosion problem. I highly recommend them!

WARNING THIEF!!! Did not return $130.00 for services not provided. Do not use JCL Turf Pro and Landscape. They will take your money and not provide the services. We paid for a years lawn treatment. Heath Brooks the owner was always 3 to 4 weeks late in coming to perform the services. We had to chase him every time to get him to come to provide the applications. He only provided 3 applications and never showed up for the rest. He never answers the phone and his voicemail is always full. We were finally able to talk to him. He said he was too busy to finish the rest of the treatments, and would refund us. Never received a refund even though Heath said he would put the refund check in the mail. Could not get him on the phone to get our refund. Still owes me $130.00 for 4 applications not done. Do not use JCl Turf Pro and Landscape, I believe Heath Brooks is dishonest and a thief who will con you out of your money.

Great job and really nice guys. Heath was helpful and did just what I asked at a reasonable price.

They responded immediately and worked us into their schedule as quickly as possible. When they came they did a good job of mowing. They have only come one time so it is hard to give a really good review until they come a few times.

Awesome customer service! He is truly a gentleman, he always calls back to check on the service, and always thanks you for allowing him to provide his service. He also has excellent helpers who help maintain his great reputation.

He does a really good job he comes when he says he's going to his workers are really competent he's real friendly and honest and it goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers.
