Synthetic Stucco Repair or Partial Replacement

Had my 11 YO full stucco house with several cracks and few more serious stucco issues. Efrain came to evaluate and we agreed on the extent of the job which included repair of several walls applying a mesh with base coat, texture, primer paint and finally have the full house repainted. This included soffit, gutters and down spouts. Efrain even provided cleaning all the windows and power wash the driveway. I have to admit it was a nice surprise. The house looks now even better than when we first built it 11 years ago. Efrain does follow up on his promise and the quality of the job is unmatched.
