Do Not Recommend! We were sold by Jimmy that they would do a great job installing 3 new systems in our building. They said that the install is the most important part of making the system work well. We were also told that they would be there to address any issues and would never leave us hanging. The install itself took weeks to complete by techs who did not really seam to know what they were doing and the finished product shows that. All 3 of our units have frozen up and have been nothing but problems. I guess we got the "taillight warranty" because as soon as there taillights were gone, it has been crickets trying to get any of the major issues we have addressed. We have sent multiple emails, 20+ phone calls/texts with no response. The supply duct was run to our return grill and the return was run to our existing supply duct in our building but it looks like it was never actually connected. The ground package unit they installed is not level and they used external insulation on the

Bought a $17000 Rheem air conditioning and heater on October 24th. Install was a mess, techs were here until 9pm. Front office had no idea what was going on. It took them a total of 3 days to install the HVAC unit. Failed the inspection, absolutely ridiculous. Today, Nov 25th, at 12:30am, the furnace stopped working its 11 degrees outside. Nixon the service manager came out to look at the furnace, determined the control board is not working. Nixon called the owner Jimmy who said in order to get a new computer board we had to pay for the supply house to open up and they may not even have the part. Jimmy couldnâ t tell us how much it would costs to do this or if the needed pert would be available. Of course we were not happy about us needing to pay for this on a brand new furnace and expressed our frustration to the owner. We asked if they could provide heaters with it being 11 degrees we were worried about the pipes freezing. They refused to bring out heaters and said we would need to wait until the morning. The owner became extremely combative and told us â we were lucky they even came outâ and â he would be sitting back laughing at whatever happens with our situationâ . His own employee, Nixon, said he could defend the owners comments or acts. Strongly recommend that you avoid this company.

Easily the best company we've ever hired for anything. From the first time I called (just before 5pm), every single employee I encountered provided top notch customer service. Dixie & Faith were both very personable and helpful on the phone. I also ended up speaking with Jim, the owner, who was amazing. He made himself available to assist us after hours and was very knowledgeable, patient & reliable. He genuinely cared about trying to get our furnace fixed as quickly as possible. (And that was all before anyone had even walked in my front door.) Then Nixon, the Operations Manager, arrived promptly to assess my furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very respectful, communicative, honest & thorough. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to us & provided an honest and reasonable quote. Upon approval, he quickly got the part & repaired it. At no point did Nixon seem even a little bothered by the fact that it was 6pm on a Friday. He patiently answered a couple questions and didn't try to oversell us anything. I am beyond satisfied with every single interaction we had with JC Mechanical. I cannot recommend them enough. I would give them 10 stars for the best customer service we've ever encountered. The incredibly knowledgeable staff & affordable pricing were simply the icing on top. They've earned a customer for life. And I will sing their praises anytime I ever hear someone looking for an HVAC contractor. Top notch across the board! Stop searching & hire them immediately.

JC Mechanical is probably the best HVAC contractor that I have worked with. I had hired a new 24/7 company to come look at my furnace that wasn't igniting. They were there for three hours and it didn't sound like they knew what they were talking about. After that disaster I hired JC Mechanical for a second opinion. They showed up the next morning and properly fixed the issue (throw safety breakers) in five minutes. I will absolutely be using them again.

We had a 22 year old furnace and AC that JC Mechanical replaced. I got 3 estimates, and for similar equipment, theirs was the best price, and they even threw in a couple of repairs and parts for free as part of the work. They finished most of the work in one day, wrapping up the next day. The old system was not installed properly, so the retrofit to the new system took a bit longer than expected. Jim Jr, Mike, and Jim Sr were very professional in their work, making sure they got the installation just right. I would highly recommend this family-owned business.

Jim, his son and his helper Mike did a great job. Very knowledgeable about water boiler systems and took time to explain what he did. He is a perfectionist. Cleaned up afterwards. Very professional. It took a little longer due to our complicated old setup. The new boiler had some new tech which eliminated the need for some parts and he took it off the bill. They also provided space heaters as it was a 2 day job. Great experience. Would definitely hire them again for other HVAC work.

We had a great experience with Jim and JC Mechanical. We got an immediate response to our project inquiry and an offer for someone to come out same day. Jim arrived at the top of the arrival window and performed a straightforward repair that got our heat working. Also, Jim did not charge us for the repair. I appreciate Jim’s knowledge, cordial demeanor, and respect for our living space. Given all of these things, we will certainly call upon JC Mechanical in the future!

They are a great family run business and treat their customers with respect. He recommended a fix to change the position of my thermostat instead of replacing a piece that would fail about every three years, essentially saving me lots of money long term. I felt like they have my best interest in mind and will use them for all heating/ac need moving forward.
