I am so impressed with the promptness and professionalism of J.C. Multi Services. He was on time and was very efficient in fixing my dryer. What normally would’ve been a two or three day process with another company, he was able to find a new part and install it in the same appointment window. Extremely happy with the job completed and would recommend to anyone needing appliance repair.

Honest, professional and trustworthy. The work was exactly as expected and communication was excellent through the process. Very understanding to the situation and not trying to make a profit. I was charged the exact amount for parts as needed without the cost being inflated. Simply paying for the actual service and work done which was excellent without any extra costs. He isn’t trying to make a profit out of an unfortunate situation where you have no choice but to pay up for a necessary repair. I will be keeping his contact as my go to for any future home repairs and definitely recommend.
