Professional honest and great observation.

I hired John / JCP because not only did he have good reviews, but also just the best all-around vibe compared to others we had got quotes from. I really thought I would be writing a 5* review, but unfortunately, I cannot.We got interior and exterior panels replaced, upgraded service, grounding, 2 ceiling fan outlets, and some other technical stuff done. John and his team were very professional, the installation went smooth. We had less than 2-3 hours without power when I thought it might be the whole day. Needed wiring fixed in the garage, and doorbell wire tested. John said he would take care of these things when he comes back for inspection and would include them in the original scope. Unfortunately, on inspection day John did not do the other things as promised. For the inspector, he had to remove the front plates and doors off of the panels. He was in such a rush to leave, he only closed up the interior panel. I just so happened to go outside to lock the gate to notice the exterior panel not assembled. I closed it up myself, but luckily I caught it because it was about to pour down rain. I requested a quote for some other small jobs around the house. John then added the other 2 items (garage doorbell) to the new scope and would not do them without the new work being done. As he already got paid in full $5,000 for the original scope. What if I never asked about additional items? The bottom line, he should have never said he would include in the original scope if he was not actually going to. But, I think he just likes to sound like a nice guy till he gets your money. It gets worse. We had a problem with our A/C. Is a breaker is in the exterior panel? I could not get it to open. I must not have put the cover back on properly. The A/C guy, a handyman, and I could not get it open. I text him about the door not opening. He starts texting me back like we are all bad because the door would not open. He then sends one of his guys and tells me he is not gonna charge me for a service call but to just buy him dinner. How dare he imply he is doing me a favor when this was caused from his bad ethic. His guy struggled with the door and took him at least 20 minutes to get it open. Basically had to reverse take it apart. But now I am left with a brand new box that is all beat up. I still gave his guy a $20 because the guy was super nice and had nothing to do with the problem. But at the end of the day, that is still out of my pocket due to John neglect and the other promised items still were not taken care of.

Always prompt. Arrived when he said he would. Very reliable. He s knowledgeable and did the job as described. Reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend. Very pleased with his service. Always kept us informed.

Great people, and good work. Their finish work is excellent, kept to their schedule and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely hire them in the future.
