I own a multifamily home, and have always had issues with mice and bugs. After the purchase hase I fired the existing company and hired JC Pest elimination, and the very first visit John found holes in the house where the mice were getting I'm and sealed them. In the 5 years the prior company was coming out they never actually tried to fix the problem. John and his team always go above and beyond for me. My tenants also made a point to tell me how much happier they are with the quality and professionalism of their team and services. John always take the time to explain everything to me in a way I understand. He offers advice and guidance on ways we can improve the effectiveness of our pest control solutions. I will be a customer for life!!! 10 out of 10 all day long!

I met John owner of JC Pest 15+ years ago when we had a rat problem around our compactor that no one else could resolve. John took this project personal and showed up 7 days a week to bait the borrows until the problem was resolved. I contacted JC Pest Elimination when I purchased my new home. John arrived promptly,he walked the property which is surrounded by trees and right away he noticed some insect activity around some of the trees. He treated the trees for carpenter ants,set bait stations to prevent mouse and other rodent activity, noticed a wasp nest under the stairs to the back deck and removed the potential hazard. The gentleman who came out to the house was professional and extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He was able to identify the problem and offered clean cut solutions without trying to be a salesman. My problem was rectified, and they made me a customer for life!
