While I was out of the country on vacation, I received terrible news that my elderly mother’s bathroom ceiling had fallen down due to a leak in the pipes beneath my 2nd floor bathroom. I had already left another plumbing project on the table for months because I just wasn’t having the best luck finding someone affordable and reliable. That being said, I was super impressed by the work performed by JC Plumbing. I don’t know if you are having any hesitation on starting to make blind calls like I was, but I truly appreciated that when Jaryd originally missed my call, I received a call back immediately. I really appreciated how honest he was about my options, how quickly Nick was sent out to provide an estimate and how clean the finished product came out. As an added bonus, that leaky outdoor faucet project was also taken care of. If you are on the fence about selecting someone for any kind of plumbing work that you may have, please don’t sleep on this team!!

Jaryd and his team are absolutely awesome. We woke up to a bit of an emergency. The shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms started leaking into a lower level bedroom which made a mess of the ceiling in that room. He squeezed us into his schedule and quickly addressed the immediate issue of the leak and treated the area for the potential for mold. Then his team of trades people replaced the entire shower including the tile and repaired the damaged ceiling, very messy work, but you would never have guessed we were having work done based on how incredibly clean his team worked. The end product was completed quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. What's more, Jaryd and his team are delightful people, always on time, always working with a smile, and so polite. I was so happy that JC Plumbing has talents that extend far beyond plumbing. No one wants to have an emergency plumbing issue, but I'm so happy we found Jaryd and we know he will always be our first call for any home remodeling and repairs we have.

We highly recommend Jaryd and JC plumbing. Our 2nd floor shower drain was slowly leaking onto our kitchen ceiling causing a host of issues. Jaryd responded within hours, came out and quickly evaluated what was needed, gave us extremely reasonable pricing on the multiple issues that would need repair. He got to work and with his team had everything sealed, tested, reset, patched up, painted and back to better conditions than when we started in a matter of days. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening, what our options were, and ensured there were no surprises. It was a big job and we really appreciated his commitment to fixing it quickly, cleanly, and thoroughly without trying to up sell us as a few other folks had. We will definitely be using him again for future upgrades when we are ready.

I cannot say enough excellent things about this company and my experience. I entered a request on line for a quote on a Saturday and the owner Jaryd called me immediately. I explained my pipe broke at the foundation. He said he knew exactly what to do and will come out Sunday to take a look and can start work on that Monday. He took pictures and a video and sent them to me as well as quoted me 1/4 of the price of what a different company did. He gave me his cell phone and said to call him if I had any questions. He moved things around on his calendar to accommodate my emergency. His team had to dig in my front yard as well as repipe in my basement all while it was raining. The entire team was extremely clean especially in the rain. There was absolutely no mud tracked inside the house, they cleaned the area they were working in downstairs and even hauled off my bushes that had to be removed in order to dig. I was so extremely impressed with his professionalism, explanation of the issue so I understood, and the quick response. He is now my go to plumber and I will recommend him all day!

My mom & I have both had continual water issues on both our homes. Jaryd was responsive for 3 emergencies & even vm came back to check that our new system was running properly! Both times at my house, he called to reschedule other clients as he said I would have flooded if he waited! They are well educated on water & I went from being nervous during every rain to being confident all was well! My mom is also so relieved with her new sump pump!â Â

I live in an old building in Chicago and the fact that Jaryd was even willing to make the trip out to the city in an emergency situation earns 5 stars by itself. Jaryd provided a free estimate and was even able to change around his schedule to come the next day and complete the job. He worked for SEVEN hours replacing the most disgusting rotted pipe underneath the concrete in our building without any damage to surrounding structures, rodded, jetted, installed a clean out and repaved the cement all by himself because the rest of his staff were already on other jobs. Not to mention, he completed the job at HALF of what a city plumber quoted us. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will be using JC Plumbing as our go to for all future work.

I had a Moen faucet that was leaking and Jaryd came over to take a look at it. He got on the phone with the manufacturer and ordered me an upgraded faucet with my warranty- free of cost. This is about the 5th time Iâ ve used JC Plumbing and always with excellent results and fair pricing. The thing I most appreciate, however, is Jarydâ s courtesy and professionalism. He truly cares about his customers. I used another plumber before Jaryd and have unfortunately had problems with the work they did. Jaryd is a problem solver for any plumbing need you have.

JC Plumbing did an amazing job with a tough problem on Xmas Eve. They could have said they couldn't do it due to the holidays but instead they did the work to ensure we could be in our house we Xmas. We can't recommend Jaryd highly enough.

Jaryd and his apprentice Mike came out to fix a leak in our master shower today. From the time we contacted him to the moment he left, he was nothing short of a professional. It has been clear that previous owners used a quick fix on a previous leak and Jaryd went above and beyond to fix the issue and prevent future damage. As first time homeowners, we werenâ t sure what to expect but our experience with Jaryd was a 10/10. He will always be there our go to guy!

Jaryd and his team showed up on site with materials already purchased so that the entire process went by much quicker than a traditional job. They were quick in and out, and fixed the issue with our ejector pump for our washer both professionally and aesthetically.

Called for a broken garbage disposal and he gave me a quote over the phone and was able to come the next day and replace it. Did a great job in under and hour and it comes with a warranty. Can't beat that! 10/10 will be using again.

Damage to the ceiling indicated a toilet was leaking. Found JC Plumbing in the yellow pages & called. Jayrd came out the next morning, on time. Friendly, courteous & professional. Determined problem was old wax ring. Installed new wax ring. Explained everything. Cleaned up thoroughly. All done in 1.25 hrs. VERY good price! Will definitely use again if needed.

I had a sink clog that we were not able to remedy with a 20 foot pipe snake. I called Jaryd and left a message. He returned my call within 2 minutes. It was the end of the day and he was able to come in the next day. He kept us informed of his arrival time and was on time to our appointment. He did a THOROUGH job clearing the pipeâ all the way to the curb with a 100 foot snake. His invoice was very detailed and he also took the time to explain to me what was going on with my garbage disposal and kitchen pipes when draining. Jaryd is a super nice guy and small businessman. I encourage everyone to use him as a plumber.
