"The toilet was fixed at no additional charge. We told her our idea about the wall hydrant. She agreed to it. After we were done we asked her if it was acceptable. She said yes. We also insulated 30' of water piping in the basement. We charged a little less than $215. We sent her an invoice and told her it would cost around $500 to move the wall hydrant. She has not responded to the estimate. Why did she not tell us she did not like the way it looked when we were at her home? Her hydrant is not easy to relocate. It requires drilling a concrete wall, pipe, fittings, and a new hydrant. We would be happy to do this for her."
