I chose J.C. because the owner was knowledgeable and friendly. They did good work at first, like when they installed a new motor and pump. Excellent work. But when it came to resurfacing my pool the story becomes different. They rarely showed up when they said they were going to and the job took much longer than they said it would. Now, after a month of completing the job, work still remains to be done. I cannot get them to come back to my home and have unfortunately given up on them. It is a shame, because they could be a very good company. Had they just returned and finished what they said they would, they would receive a much higher rating.

Don't hire them. They will mess up your pool. Break your equipment. They are not reliable.

I did not find them to be very customer friendly.

Hired him to remodel my pool and repair leaks and he just left the job undone. We have called and called and he is no where to be found. Just abandoned the job.

Fast response to online inquiry. Within minutes, Juan Carlos called and set up a time to see the pool. He called with a quote later the same afternoon. Cleaning happened a few days later.
