John contacted me shortly after I submitted a request. He stopped by the same day to assess the problem (collapsed sewer line). Upon inspection, he found several other issues that needed to be resolved. I received his bid with options the next day (Sunday). He and his crew arrived early Thursday and, due to an unforeseen problem, worked until the job was completed late Friday evening. The trench was compacted as it was backfilled, the ground was levelled and all trash was picked up and hauled off. A very professional job. I highly recommend J&K Mechanical.
