Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I fired him He was not present, never cleaned up, continue to ask for more money when the whole project was done incorrectly. It was very obvious that he does not have any project manager skills. Think twice before using him. In addition he over purchased supplie, when I told i was going put in Facebook market he picked up the supplies and worked another job for a week before he returned. The room has been flooding overtime it rains or snow. So far I hav3 spent 12000. On repairs.

Very attentive, I really enjoyed working with him. He has done a few projects for me including replacing toilet, redid my floor, put in my cabinets and the list goes on.

James did an amazing job on my baseboards, crown molding, installation of vanity and cabinetry, light fixtures and other random projects that had been bugging me for years.. He also contracted excellent stone masons to for granite counter tops at a great price. My only regret was not hiring him to do the painting as well. He does an excellent job staying in communication and problem solving without worrying you or bugging you. He's legit and I will definitely use him in the future!

James was great! He was very good about keeping in touch to confirm the date of my project. He removed and hauled away, all of the carpeting, padding, tacking and staples from 3 bedrooms. He did a great job and I would definitely hire him again.
