JCS is not your typical contractor. He will give realistic time lines and perform true craftsmanship in everything he does. He doesn't cut corners and does what he says he is going to do. JCS had a couple of small hiccups getting started due to other projects material delays, but communicated what was going on. Additionally he finished my project by when he said he would. I can't say enough hire JCS if you can you won't regret it.
