My real estate agent recommended JCS Fineline - and I am so happy he did! We hired Carlos and his team to paint the entire inside of our 3-story townhouse - including trim and doors. I got 3 bids for the project and Carlos was the most competitive - not to mention he helped me to understand his process, how to choose paint, and why certain things cost more than others. He was amazing to work with, and was quick to get back to us when we had questions. We are very happy with how the project turned out. His team kept a very clean worksite, and helped us understand which room was next so we could prepare. I was also really impressed with his attention to his craft - he wasn t happy with how the doors were turning out and helped me understand why it was worth spraying them instead of hand rolling. If you can get on Carlos schedule - book him! He will get the job done right, with quality craftsmanship.

JCS Fineline Painting did a great job with the interior of my house. Carlos understood exactly what needed to be done from the consultation, and they were thorough, careful, and timely. They helped move heavy pieces of furniture, hung a big framed picture when the painting was done, and replaced lights in my cathedral ceiling (after painting it). Very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend them.

The walls, ceilings, and doors were precisely painted with attention to a smooth finish. Some patchwork was also needed and it came out great! Carlos at JCS Fineline Painting responded to me immediately and came by to give me an estimate, which was fair and acceptable to me. He began work two days later and finished the work promptly and on time. He was very accommodating with my request for custom colors and applying oil based paint in my bathroom. Carlos and his team Azael and Julio were an absolute pleasure to work with. Carlos answered all of our questions thoroughly up front, and Azael provided detailed daily reports to show what was accomplished each day and what was planned for the next day. Every day he encouraged us to review his work and assured us that he would fix anything we could find that may have been missed. Our house was far overdue for exterior painting, and needed much prep work. Azael and Julio went about the work cheerfully, respectfully, professionally, and did an outstanding job. We will definitely use them again for future paint work, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. We could not be happier with their work.

This project involved some deck carpentry replacing the ballusters as well as cleaning, sealing, and staining a very large deck. This company kept me informed, came when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and moved all my deck furniture including my very heavy BBQ. I was impressed that they were out there working on Seattle's very hot 90+ degree weather.

Carlos and his crew are amazing to work with, I could not ask for a better team to come and paint my home. My projects included taking down old built in bookshelves and television items. Both required electrical and sheet rock repairs. They were unable to complete the electrical repairs, but accurately pointed me in the position of properly shutting off the power, rather than stuffing the old wires in the wall and patching over them. The electrician was also very impressed and happy that Carlos's team suggested the proper way to dispose of loose wires. Lastly, the sheet-rock and painting jobs on both projects were flawless. Carlos communicated with me immediately whenever I had a question or concern and their clean up and tidy way they left their work every night was outstanding. Our plan is to use them in the future when we have a bigger project in mind, hands down they are the BEST PAINTING TEAM WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!
